Refunds & Returns Policy – AFC Women's Asian Cup Australia 2026™ Hospitality

Last updated: 30 January 2026

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all official hospitality packages, food, beverage, and hospitality services sold in connection with the AFC Women's Asian Cup Australia 2026™

No Returns

Due to the nature of hospitality services, including the provision of food and beverage, returns are not permitted once an order has been placed. Food and beverage items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

No Refunds – General Rule

All hospitality purchases are final and non-refundable, including where a customer does not attend the event or does not fully utilise the hospitality services purchased.

Customer Insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance (including event cancellation or travel insurance) to cover circumstances that may prevent attendance or use of the hospitality services. The organiser does not provide insurance cover and will not be responsible for losses that could reasonably be covered by the customer’s own insurance.

Refunds – Limited Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • Event Cancellation:

If the relevant match or hospitality event is cancelled and not rescheduled, a refund will be issued in accordance with the official AFC Women’s Asian Cup Australia 2026™ Hospitality Sales Regulations.

  • Material Change by the Organiser:

Where a material change is made to the hospitality offering that is materially detrimental to the customer, the customer may be entitled to a refund in accordance with the AFC Women’s Asian Cup Australia 2026™ Hospitality Sales Regulations.

  • Failure to Deliver Hospitality Services:

Where hospitality services cannot be delivered due to circumstances within the organiser’s control, an appropriate refund may be issued.

No Refunds for External Circumstances

No refunds will be provided for circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, including but not limited to:

  • adverse weather conditions;
  • transport disruptions or delays;
  • personal illness, injury, or inability to attend; or
  • changes arising from safety, security, or regulatory requirements.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of confirmation of entitlement.

Governing Law and Consumer Rights

This Refunds & Returns Policy is governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law to the extent such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Terms

This policy should be read together with, and is subject to, the AFC Women’s Asian Cup Australia 2026™ Hospitality Sales Regulations, which prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
